Off the piste"Silvia and Andreas" - that's how we like to be addressed by our guests. We are a young family and our sons Dominic and Manuel are our pride and joy. In summer 2003 we have taken over the family business from Robert Höllrigl. Here you can, as in every family, feel completely at ease and enjoy your vacation days after a nice welcome drink. "The customer is king" is our motto and our motivation.
Silvia is in charge of the breakfast buffet and serves fresh bread and other delicacies early in the morning. She is also our Minister of Finance and everywhere where she is needed most. Thank God that this is more often the bureau than the kitchen. She is an organizational talent and is always striving to meet our guests' needs. She has gained a lot of gastronomy experience by helping out in the family business and during her job at the local tourism agency. At a young age, she made a really good name as a ski instructor. Ask her for a lesson.
Andreas is the kitchen and bar chef. He si also quick to recommend the right wine for dinner. Somehow, he is responsible for just everything - like a janitor! In the evening, whe it's gettign dark, he will spread good mood. By day he is also happy to accompany you at offered activities. What he likes best - to park your car in the garage. He also comes from a family with a long tradition in gastronomy.
